Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This location has been closed for a year. Got here under unusual circumstances in need for a rental ASAP, but its closed? Been told by one of the people in the building that its been closed for a year. Why has there been no update on google?

We are having a terrible experience with this location. We reserved a car for 5 pm pickup tonight several weeks ago. Pick up times were available until they close at 7 pm. We received a confirmation email that said if you pick up early, you incur a $36 fee for every hour early, so we planned to be there at 5 (also the earliest we could get there with work). We checked the directions to the location before leaving and saw on Google that they closed at 5 and the business hours had been updated only 5 days ago. We never received a call or an email from Enterprise informing us of their new closing time. When we tried to call them at 4:45 to see if they would be there a few minutes after 5 (the soonest we could get there), the number on their website and Google was incorrect (had a Chicago area code for a NY location). At 5 pm, on the main Enterprise website we found a the same phone number with a NYC area code listed, but when we called that, no one answered and it said that after hours it would not forward the call or allow a message to be left. How can a business change their hours and not contact people who have appointments outside of those hours? It's terrible service, and for a service that can be as time sensitive as needing a vehicle, it's even worse. I've had so many great experiences with Enterprise before, I was shocked at this lapse in service. Needless to say, we are now without a car when one was needed.

I rent from them almost one month. the staff are friendly and nice. no one will push u Upgrade Or let u buy other product. its wonderful do the business with them.

The service was absolutely 5 stars. It was a wonderful experience. I was in a hurry to get to an important meeting and they processed my request courteously and expeditiously!nnThank you!

Conveniently located! Helpful staff. I rented 3 cars from them in the one week I was in Time Square! Highly recommended if you need a car when you are in Time Square.
