The nicest car rental experience i have ever had in Manhattan! At other rental agencies in the city the service tends to be slow, the cars mediocre ...but this place outshines them all by far!nI usually rent with National but not sure why I've never tried to rent here.. will definitely be going back!nA+ friendly service going above and beyond!
Extremely helpful and insightful staff. I had issues with a reservation online. With 1 short call Winnie cleared it all up and exceeded expectations.

Brandon was very helpful. The rates were cheaper than most we checked who were more then double what we paid. He picked us up at our hotel free of charge and gave us a ride to the Bart. Will definitely use them again! Oh and I loved the car they gave us.
