One of the best car rental experiences. The representative was friendly, informative and thorough. They walk you through the entire vehicle A-Z and provide clear instructions for the return. The car was also clean and ready. I used their 20% off first time promo which was amazing. I hope they open a downtown Manhattan location; would rent more often if that happened.

Terrible location. Silver car is a scam. They will give you a rental car knowing there is tire damage that cant be seen without having the car lifted. I was given a car to rent and the REAR tire randomly blew out on me on the highway going at highway speeds. Silvercar deemed me at fault and forced me to pay for the tire replacement. I should definitely get a lawyer for gross negligence for them putting me in an unsafe vehicle that could've potentially killed me. This will definitely be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
