I had a great experience here. Ashley was very kind and answered all of my questions throughly. One of the best customer service people I’ve ever spoken with.
DO NOT INTERACT WITH THESE PEOPLE!! These people are scammers and bullies. I rented a Mercedes Metris from them on a year long lease. 10 months into the lease, I want to move to a different ride-sharing company and ask them to return the car. At first, they refused to take it from me, saying the lease cannot be terminated although that is not true. I asked them for proof that I cannot leave, and they wouldn't give me any. Then they ignore my calls and emails until eventually I asked the company I work for to intervene. Then after they take the car, and tell me the lease is terminated, I find that they debited from my checking account the rental payment because the lease WAS STILL IN EFFECT?!?! Please avoid these people in all cases, because they will rip you off big time.
