Old school New York tourist scam: You go to return the car, their office is closed in the middle of a work day. You go back at the next available opportunity to return the car and the price triples. Mine went from $155.06 to $456.28. These scams were outlawed back in the 90's but with Covid, they're back.
This is our first time renting a car at this location. The process of picking up the car in the morning was seamless. We get the got within 10 minutes upon arrival. We were running slightly behind when returning the car but the manager Julian was kind enough to still take our returned card even tho the location was already closed (we were 20 mins late). We appreciate the friendly staff and experience!!

Shady , and two faced. Lucky I'm not gonna mention any names here but they deal with Ghetto shady insurance con artist and autobody shops that do horrible work. Pretty sad and disgusting. Surprised there still on and doing business.
Amazing employees, everyone is so polite, I ak so glad to have found them for my rental needs!
