Almost all was as it should be. The windshield had some bug remainders which I couldn't clean off with spraying and spritzing, and the driver's seat had some white flecks of I don't know what, which I dusted off. The rear view mirror needed to be wiped of dried water spots from being cleaned. Car was fine, as were all the people I encountered. All except the white flecks were noticed after I left 11th Street. Pretty fast in and out.nOverall good experience.
From the moment I walked up to the location everyone was very helpful and respectful! The Lady behind the desk who helped me with my rental was great. She did an awesome job and I was very satisfied with everyone who was there. My rental was clean and on point! I had great experience and I will come back again.
Had a fantastic experience (as I usually do) with the ease of pick-up and drop-off, car selection, and overall customer experience. I changed my reservation three different times, and it was easy through the app and got my questions answered by the staff at the desk as well as over the phone. The only thing is that the facilities are really not great and it's so hard to get gas anywhere near the Greenwich Village location.
The online and in-person reservation was easy to accomplish. The staff were friendly and personable and the car in wonderful condition and super clean.
I've only done a drop off here after a one way rental, but the staff was really friendly and the drop off process was super easy -- they scan the car barcode with their phone, do a quick check of the exterior, and then you're done. Whole process start to finish was under 5 minutes.
