Ben, Brandon and the whole crew where excellent! Great customer service and great car for us to tour New york in for 2 days. Extremely friendly and provided prompt shuttle service to our hotel which was only .6 miles away. Highly recommended!
Just rolled into town. Office people very friendly, helpful, and patient. They welcomed us to the city, gave us recommendations as new residents, and happily drove us to our destination after we returned the car. Overall pleased and their rates were half of other companies. Car was clean and worked well for our needsl. Office staff told us about rental discounts available..costco, AAA, Google, facebook. Great job.
Like borrowing a car from a friend, I am so glad I took the chance to pick NEW YORK CAR RENTAL BLOG.The gentleman on the phone was very nice and Victor, who gave us a ride back to our hotel when we checked the car back in, was a complete riot.I highly recocomend this place and will be using them going forward when sending my boss and coworkers to New York.
