I had a STELLAR experience with this rental location. It was (based on my recollection) my first time renting from Alamo.nn1) PRICE: I went with them because their SUV rates were the best I could find for a multi-day cross-country move from NYC > LA between Christmas and New Year's Day.nn2) CUSTOMER SERVICE: I went into the location on Christmas Eve expecting a long line--especially because we're living in Covid times--but was able to zip up to the desk immediately and was warmly greeted by two lovely people. We started talking about my move to LA and they took care of me to ensure I had a comfortable cross-country trip. I had a few questions about some minor scratches on my rental and the attendant educated me on what to look for vs not and quickly showed me some literature on NY guidelines, which was a great learning experience for me!nn3) RENTAL CAR: The car was in great shape and very clean.nn4) DROP OFF: Was very quick and easy.nnI would absolutely with Alamo again for my next rental!

Always liked Alamo. They make things very easy and you come take the car and leave in less than 15 minutes. Sometimes you will have to wait for your car, but usually it is there ready.

Wish I could give them 0 star. We reserved a car 3 weeks in advance, but when we went there to pick up. They told us no car available. Can’t believe this. Horrible service! Do avoid Alamo!!!!! I have never had this issue with other rentals.

Bad customer service overall, employees at the counter were unable to help me find a solution even though they had the possibility to do and had a condescending attitude. Left with no service provided.

I rented a car from here today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I dealt with two of the friendliest and professional ladies that got me on the road super quick and subsequently the drop off was just as pleasant.nDefinitely my go to place from now on and I’ll recommend to friends.
