Cars are always clean and delivered on time. Front desk is more of a rollercoaster experience. Sometime you get courteous and efficient employees and other times you get rude and indifferent employees.

Had a rental for well before closing time, prepaid. Nobody was there, there was no info on the door, nothing. No way to get my rental car. When you call hertz corporate, they don’t help you, just disconnect your call (I tried multiple times). Scam artists at this location. Don’t waste your time with these people.nnI say this with a Gold membership too, by the way!
Unfortunate experience here today. Just returned my car after an 11 day rental. I've rented from here quite frequently in the past. Returned the car with a quarter tank MORE gas than it started with. I was two hours late returning and they charged me an entire extra day. The principle behind that is appalling. Will be calling for that to be refunded. If not, will not return to Hertz. That's not being a service oriented company, that's just a scam.
This agency is a hidden gem. The hours and operations, the great customer service and the cars they have. So convenient.
