quick quality service. i was in and out and they follow covid protocol. definitely will rent from here again
Bad service from Rose.nShe was unfriendly and even hostile.nShe said the only option is SUV in 216$ before insurance.nWe then made a reservation online of 59$ (Insurance included).nnRose persisted to receive us at 10:00 ONLY and let us wait till the last minute!! (even the car was ready and she had nothing to do during this time).nnI hope she will provide better service after reading this review.
We were standing at the counter and they had my card and drivers license, about to process my rental, when a man walks in.nThe attendant greets him and immediately starts serving him around me.nIt was so strange and really rude! It ended up taking a while to process that mans order, the attendant knew we were in a hurry but we were just completely disregarded for a man behind us in line.
Excellent location and customer service is outstanding. The staff and manager of the 34th location are wonderful and try to accommodate your needs in every possible way!
Location is easy to get to and from the staff has always been professional & helpful.
