I have recently contacted RealCar as I needed to rent a car due to an emergency. The operation went smoothly, but I could say that the communication with managers was not what I expected. I believe they should still improve themselves in this regard, but overall the experience was great, apart from this aspect. I really love the fleet – it was extremely clean and simply looked awesome. The fact that they deliver the car to you and then pick it up when you’re done was a great time saver, especially for my emergency.nThe prices are better than expected, especially after you get to see the cars they have. If you need a timely car rental, I believe that RealCar is one of the best service providers around. I used the online booking system and it was impressively simple. I love that there is no paperwork involved and you can pick whatever vehicle suits your needs and preferences.

I rented a car last week for the first time, then once again a few days ago. I have decided to write this review as I believe the company is one of the best I have tried so far. The whole experience was amazing – from the quick booking system until they picked up the car. I got a Porsche that was in tip-top shape, better than I have ever imagined! I decided to use RealCar again and again since I really enjoyed the convenience and the professionalism they showed each time I contacted them.nHowever, I must say that I am quite surprised that they do not have any special offers or discounts of any sort. I have accepted to receive their newsletter, so I was expecting some deals, too, at least for returning customers. Unfortunately, although the pricing is quite competitive, I cannot believe that there still are companies without discounts and offers when so many companies nowadays provide them. I do hope they change this aspect soon. Thanks, RealCar!

RealCar, that is the real deal! I've been using their services for a couple of months and I would say that I will never use any other rental car company in New York City again.
