Second time renting from this location. Their customer service is great and Tom who helped us was awesome!

Enterprise is ok kinda disappointed in the rental quality at the downtown location but the staff was efficient

The inside of the vehicle that I rented was dirty and smelled like smoke. Because I’m asthmatic I had to wear a mask whenever I was in the vehicle because the smell of the smoke is so strong.

My recent rental with Enterprise was in Rochester. I've never had any negative experience with them so far. I've rented both short time like for a day and long term for 10 days.nStaff had been professional, courteous and friendly.nVehicles I used were always clean and in good shape.nSo I have stuck with them for my rentals because I believe that if nothing is broken why fix it.
