Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Courteous staff. Wasnt too happy with the vehicle. Terrible in the snow. Suppose to be all wheel drive. Also tried to charge me for gas, when I brought it back with a half tank.

Very easy checking in and returning. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

They have gone the extra mile to ensure that our rental experience was the best it could be.

We used the Rockaway, NJ location and they could not have been nicer people! They conveniently picked us up at our hotel, check in easy, check out easy, rate is phenominal! Car worked great; could not have asked for anything better!

I’ve used enterprise since I was a teenager through various states, branches and locations. Returned a car today and realized I left something inside. Called and was told they are closing in 2 minutes. Nothing about how to collect my property or any care at all what importance or necessity it has to me. Not what I’m used to from this company. I will have to pay to replace what I left behind, which I feel is unnecessary. FYI to anyone reading this, don’t make an honest mistake and leave anything behind in a car you’re returning to the rockaway branch.
