I've rented numerous vehicles through Chester Rent-A-Wreck. The vehicles of the Smarty Marty fleet have always been well maintained and clean. The biggest difference between the Chester Rent-A-Wreck and other rental companies is that provided by the lone sentinel of the site, Rosalye. She is thorough, efficient and considerate. When I reserve, the vehicle is ready to go when I arrive. I've observed Rosalye in action; she treats the business as though it were her own. She works to create good rapport with her customers. If I need to rent, Chester is where I go.

Had to get a rental car on short notice to pick up a new car. Staff was courteous and helpful and saved me an extra uber trip after dropping off the vehicle early
