Renting a car from this agency is a big RISK. You will be not welcome to the office. You will get very rude service. You may not get a car to rent.

Need to update my review as I received a etoll charge and the person on this location didnt care and didnt know the process. I use the car for in town trips and they are charging me tolls from Delaware, Ohio and garden state.nCome on I fill up the tank and it was 2 usd.nnI will never come back

My worst rental experience ever!!!!!! I don’t recommend you to go this location this owner or wherever he is his name is Bob absolutely nasty unprofessional !!!!!!! I told you never !!!!

Your dishonesty shall be your undoing! The gas was half full and he told me I could return it at the same time on a Sunday instead of the late night Saturday. Charged me for an additional day plus gas and can’t even tell what else. I showed them my receipts and everything and the super RUDE guy tells me the license plate # has to be on the gas receipt! ud83dude21 really?! This place should absolutely NOT BE IN BUSINESS! I will be sure to report to the BBB! Stop stealing from your customers! Avoid these people at ALL costs! 1 day rental $90 turned in $250.... your dishonesty shall be your undoing for sure.
