Well, when you rent a car over a month in advance you hope and expect that the rental company will honor the agreement. Really unfortunate when that doesn't occur and said rental company does absolutely nothing to try and apologize or make things right. Will absolutely do my best to avoid Hertz in the future. Terrible service and awful experience. Don't put your faith in them or you just might ruin your vacation.nnBudget did a great job of saving the day after Hertz screwed the pooch! Take your money there, in my opinion.
