The agent was very helpful getting me a vehicle on short notice! Great service!

For the second time, I attempted to rent a car here to no avail. Literally no cars available. Twice. This is despite successfully making a reservation online and receiving a confirmation.

The employees at Enterprise in North Platte made accommodations which allowed me to fulfill important obligations. They are always great in the customer service department. I wouldn’t use any other car rental company.

This is the first time that I have rented a car. Overall my experience was excellent. From customer service to the condition of the vehicle I couldn't have asked for more. I rented my vehicle from the North Platte location and I don't directly with Andrew. I'm very pleased with my experience.
