Budget and specifically, Melissa, saved our Labor Day weekend vacation! I had initially booked a car rental with Hertz, however, Hertz called me the day before I was supposed to pick up my rental, informing me they had overbooked and there were no vehicles available. I was very disappointed since I had booked this reservation well in advance and our plans on the island required a vehicle. I quickly called Budget and Melissa was so helpful and was able to secure me a Jeep for the next day. She truly saved our vacation and I would highly recommend using Budget when visiting Martha’s Vineyard! They were extremely friendly and easy to work with all around.

This place blows. Didn’t have be car we needed for 7 passengers. Was promised it would be there. Then the said they would get one Fromm oak Bluffs. With the horrific traffic on the island it took 45 minutes to get the car. Sucked. Sucked bad. Use Hertz.
Frequent customer. They always hook me up on island. Fair pricing, good service, nice vehicles.
Don’t rent anything from these idiots. I called him from the ferry to make sure the car was there and when I got there they didn’t have it and had to get it from the other side of the island. He said that would take 10 minutes but it took 45. If you want to stand around waiting in a parking lot, rent from this company. Otherwise, find a better alternative.
