Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Easy out.. Easy in --- new car - great weekly rate -- happy customer

No words of mine can describe how terrible my experience was after my car was totaled. Insurance was covering my rental so I was forced to use enterprise. Even then I considered going with a different company for how bad it was. It took a day and a half of phone calls to line up the rental. Multiple locations around me were completely unaccommodating. Some locations didn’t have cars, some didn’t have the staff to pick me up. I was put on a waitlist for a vehicle and was never called back for one. The location that I ultimately got the rental from just lied about how far away I lived, even though google maps said I was within their 5 mile perimeter. I had to offer to walk half a mile down the road for them to come get me. Then when I returned the car they would not drive me home because it was within 30 mins of closing. So I walked over 4 miles home. Then when the bill got to my insurance company I find out they charged me for an extra day. If I could give 0 stars I would, but it won’t let me. 0/10 would not recommend.

Great customer service and experience. I liked the car I was in. They made the process super easy for me. They were waiting for me at the body shop when I dropped by car off, and the body shop took care of letting them know when I was done with it. Thanks! (It did smell like smoke from the previous user, but Enterprise did their best. I only had it for a few days.)
