Unsatisfactory I given the.price for about a week the guy gave me a free extra day... sweet that's cool until I was late in my return a couple hours and in return was changed over $350, not one word was said when I drop it off.. I even had to vacuum it and wipe it all down before I returned the car or I would be charged $250. No notification, reasoning, no head up, no phone text not even an email. The only way I found out was when I went to the grocery store and my card was declined insufficient funds and that's do to budget taking over $350 over the amount I just paid over $530 for a weeks rental... embarrassing.. no one ever contacted me about any additional charges or late fee's they just went and took it out. And when I called the location I was told 2 times that management would call me back after being hung up on. I have called email and not one response..nWill never rent again from budget nor will I refer them to my friends family or clients unless some type of resolution.

This location is a scam!!!! They tried to over charged us for our car rental when we went, eventually booked through Expedia for a lower rate however our total came to more than what we expected! On top of that they charged us an extra $192!!!! We called and he couldn’t explain to us why they charged us extra! Put us on hold and hung up on us after 10 mins on hold! Get this guy out of business please!! We will be disputing our charges!!!!!! Stay the f away!!!
