Great customer service and nice cars. Best car rental place around. I would recommend again.
If I could give this location ZERO stars I would but I have to let this be known so others don’t have to go through what I did and I would NEVER rent a car from this location again and I tell all my friends and family about my experience here! if you don’t want to get over charged and a dirty car then don’t ever consider this location. The girl at the front desk is extremely rude the manager at the location is a lair and will over charge you or attempt to charge you a late fee at there own fault. They over charged me for a extra day and tried to charge me a late fee when I called and confronted the manager he told me he will play back the cameras and guess who lied? the manager said he was going to refund me for HIS mistake and it’s been 2 months with NO REFUND he was claiming he was emailing someone to get my refund and he would lie when I had to call back week after week because I still didn’t get my money back and said he would call me back and NEVER DID he said my refund would come within 7-10 days and 2 months later NOTHING he eventually stopped answering my calls I finally got sick of this and called Avis myself and I only got a portion of my over charge fees refunded if you don’t want to get scammed out of money then DONT go to this location EVER!!!!
Hard to get, give, and receive business when they don't answer their phones or have people working until Close of Business
