This company doesn’t care about customer service. I asked for AWD and a comparable car to my Equinox and they gave me a basic SUV with two wheel drive that reeks smells like smoke. No guarantee they could get me in another SUV. No help! If vehicles are returned smelling like smoke they should not be rented out until that smell is gone!!! Then when the car was running with a key fob inside, it locked itself and they wanted me to pay for the locksmith, even though they stated “this happens all the time to these vehicle.” How? The fab is inside and it shouldn’t be able to lock. Unacceptable. Use any other rental company!!

Service was terrible! I was disrespected by two of the male White employees including the manager. I’m not sure if it was because I’m a woman or Black. I have been to the Brooklyn Park, MN Enterprise several times before & I had good experiences. They need to reevaluate their staff, stop being rude, & stop giving out vehicles that are not working properly.

I really like Enterprise in MN because they don't check your credit to decide if you need to put the $200 extra down when using the debit card whereas in Vegas if that's what you do anywhere but like in Minnesota budget and Avis I believe for sure budget they run your credit. however my credit is frozen due to my identity being stolen. so an emergency I had to figure out whose car to put it on whose credit turned under add me as an additional driver which cost me extra money. One thing I'm not happy about enterprises that I feel they have overcharged me by a lot I have reached out to them and customer service and not heard anything back. I have been renting a car for them for over a month and I'm already at about $2,500 and every time they charge me I feel like they add on that an additional $200 which they're not supposed to so I do like enterprise their cars are nice you can tell they keep up on them I've been working with their enterprise salespeople and they seem really amazing.
