Was new to the area and needed a rental car fast. Mark was super helpful and accommodating and was able to fulfill our needs the same day we called. Within 24 hours of calling, we had picked up the rental car (which was very nice and looked brand new) and were on our way. The entire process was fast, easy, the rate was fairly-priced and Mark was great to work with. We had zero issues or problems with anything, and will definitely being going back if/when we need another rental car.
I had a very good experience. Met me at the body shop, got paperwork done quickly, and price was reasonable. I did not experience any issues that others pointed out.
My fiance received one of their vehicles as a loaner from Park Jeep in Burnsville. She dropped the vehicle off after hours where it sat for 12hrs. The following day we received a call informing us there was a crack in the windshield - which was not done by us. This is not a huge deal because we have full glass on our insurance, so they would cover it. Instead of calling my fiance back as promised after they said they'd review security cams, Choice simply filed a claim with our insurance company. Rent with this company at your own risk. I would also not accept one of their vehicles as any type of loaner.
be careful, you may have to pay more than what you contract with them, i have to pay nearly $600 because the person who deliver car to you won't say nothing and at the end take your money. what a SCAM!
