We have utilized VNV Transport for the last 6 weeks. We use them on a weekly basis. The service is excellent and very, very dependable. This is very important when you have doctor appointments and dialysis appointments. My husband was wheelchair bound originally due to a sudden illness. We did not have a ramp and Vitality (one of the owner’s) took him down the steps in his wheelchair. They are very accommodating and helpful. Vitality is also very personable. I would highly recommend them.
I used VNV for transporting my daughter to her day program all summer. They were prompt and always picked her up and dropped her off on schedule. They are friendly, and my daughter enjoyed riding with them. She was very relaxed and never stressed knowing that they were dependable. I also had a good working relationship with them when I emailed schedules. I highly recommend them for any of your transporation needs. I look forward to using their services again.
