First of all it was hard to find a place. Second of all the service was horrible. Customer service representative act like we were bothering her. The car wasn’t clean food was left in the car spills all over the seat, a big yellow sticker stating that the vehicle has been cleaned. Return the car no one out there to service you so you don’t know what to do. Absolutely the worst service. You are charge an extra for additional driver even in the same household. I wouldn’t recommend dollar car rental to an ant. Also I paid in advance but was still charge an extra $203.
Always pretty good experience. Always willing to work out mishaps with you. I appreciate them.
They will steal your money. They lie. Customer service is horrible. All the cars are raggedy. And they do not care of you are safe or not. Be very careful with them. My car breaks locked while I was on the highway.
If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. After being completely misled online, we got to the place and was charged another $650! On top of the $400 we were already charged. Tried to cancel but was told the 400 was non refundable. On top of the rental fees comes the airport tax! Even though we did not even fly! The online portion said insurance was included but when we got there to pick up the car it was not! We needed to add 1 more driver so there would be 2 drivers and they wanted to charge a whole $200 more just to add on 1 more driver!!!!!! Never again $1000 to rent a car for 6 days is outrageous! Never again will I use this company or recommend them.
This is the worst place to rent a vehicle. They over charged my card over $150.00 claiming I was late bringing the vehicle back which was not the case. I extended my rental but they took it upon themselves to put in the system I never extended it so they could take my money. They told me corporate would be contacting me but they never did I've been waiting over 2 weeks now. I'm extremely upset about this and will never rent here again. If you don't want this to happen to you just stick with the big name places like Enterprise or Hertz!!
