Dom at the shlvan lake/Waterford enterprise is the best! He gives the best costumer services, he is fast, friendly and strives to get you into a vehicle your looking for! I would definitely recommend this location and ask for Dom! You will not be disappointed!!

My experience at the Sylvan Lake enterprise was absolutely AMAZING because of Amber Joelene!!! I need a vehicle to rent for a 2 week trip to Florida. I called made arrangements for a suv/van, I picked up a suv and it wasn’t for me I actually felt a bit uncomfortable driving it which made me question the whole ride and I hadn’t really even gotten on the road... ugh so I called and spoke with amber once again. She said she would do whatever she could to have another vehicle I would be more happier with in by 8am the next morning AND she did :) she was the absolute sweetest!!! I have rented numerous vehicles through enterprise over the years and I have to say Amber did an outstanding job and I couldn’t be more thankful for her getting a vehicle that my family felt SAFE in.

DOM, NATE and IZZY were all amazing! Great friendly customer service and quick! Vehicle was extremely clean. If I could give 10 stars I would! Highly recommended location and staff! :) :)
