I'm an ER physician and My hospital provide me with a car rental all the time. So, I had been renting for years. Once I decided to go to the enterprise that is located in Wixom. I met Brittney and because of her great customer service, I was hooked. I have been renting at that place for two years straight. And had many situations and all been resolved in a very fast and efficient fashion without any problems. I really can't recommend that place and Brittney enough.
Enterprise always takes care of me. Easy, simple no hassle service. After I drop my car we're done until next time. I had a problem with two cars in 15 years. Both cars replaced at the nearest Enterprise one in Canada.
For (true) exceptional service, the Wixom, MI location has got to be your first and final choice. I have always had pleasant experiences renting from Enterprise and have regularly used the Novi, MI location. Last week I rented from the Wixom, MI location and was glad I did so.nnAshley delivered an unforgettable customer service experience. Excellent place to rent a car from, doesn't cost much more, but you get much better service and a very nice selection of cars which are kept super clean and nice, I recommend checking them out for all your car rental needs. Staff at this location are friendly and helpful.
They have lot many models of car with various options. I have recently rented one and their service was good. Much Appreciated!!!
