One of their bus drivers pulled onto my grass and got stuck and they had to drag bus off my front yard destroying it. They never took care of it and now avoid my phone calls 3 months later
We used Trinity for our wedding and deeply regret it.nnWe booked a coach bus to take our guests from the hotel to the wedding venue. We provided timelines and directions, sent a map; all the info they requested.nnThe bus was very late (around an hour) to the ceremony because they didn't follow the directions we provided.
The school bus transportation barely answers the phone!! Very unprofessional!!
Been trying to hire these people for TWO weeks !!! Nataliencant seem to get it together.n(I'm spending 1k ) It's a veryncompetitive business !!!
Last year school bus driver was swearing at the kids. This year on two separate occasions the school bus didn't show up . Both times it was less than 20 degrees outside. I had to call them to get them to come pickup the kids. Both time they were over 30 min late for school. When speaking to supervisors at Roseville and corporate office they just act like it's no big deal and don't care. The guy Dave who is in charge of school busses should be fired and replaced with someone who can do there job.
