The gentleman who checked me in and out could not have been nicer and more understanding. When checking in, he immediately understood that I was renting the car for my elderly mother, and would prefer to not say the amount out loud so she'd get concerned. I approved everything via signature of course. Upon returning the car early, he spent quite a bit of time investigating how to get the maximum refund, and then quickly and efficiently checked the car back in. A pleasant experience from beginning to end.
The location I picked up at, which I’ve rented at before is efficient and very friendly. And your price was good for one way drop off!
