This was our first time renting a vehicle for a vacation. When we arrived we had asked the gentleman helping us if we could upgrade to a van or bigger vehicle and due to spring break they had none left. He showed us 3 different vehicles that were one step up bigger in size than our original rental but it was $100 more. We debated on it but then decided against it because we could fit all our stuff it would just be a little tighter. Then the gentleman said don't worry about it I will just give you the next size up and we were so thankful! The car was clean, the staff was helpful, knowledgable and helpful. I definitely recommend this place!
Make sure you have a credit card that has a chip! I made that mistake and freaked out on the owner, however he remained calm and he and his famtastic associate made sure I was able to go get the credit card I needed to rent the car. Even though I was being a bit harsh he was very understanding and helpful.
Always friendly and aware of what's going on, allowing for a quick transaction. Cars are clean as well.

I was a confirmed customer, nobody else had available cars!! They accommodated me with no hassle!! I had been to all the major dealers in my area!! Will rent again from them, but will reserve early!!
