We rented a Voyager. Plenty of room for our road trip. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Can’t beat prices and service. I would use them again in the future. The manager was great to work with.

Yes my daughter rented a old beat-up car from. Enterprise. When she brought the car back the young guy kept taking pictures of an previous damaged car. Now they try to accuse you of an old damage by keeping your deposit. They are scamming up here at this one if you are black and a woman.

Have to say this particular location provides exceptional service and Giuseppe Serra, the manager is very accommodating in resolving any issue you may have. While renting a vehicle for my job, a stone hit the windshield and a crack began to spread. I called the office and unfortunately they were closing and could not replace the vehicle. I was redirected to another office (Roseville, MI). Not only did they make customers wait outside (the building door was kept locked), but after waiting for 30 minutes, was told they would have to write a new contract and triple the rate. Of course, I walked away and waited to the Clinton Township on S. Gratiot opened. The manager, Giuseppe, provided me with a new car at the same original rate.
