Not sure another people, but I had a great experience. Due to the timing and post pandemic, I notice ALOT of people are renting to head out of town so they were super busy. The staff still did their best. One in particular was very helpful and got me in my vehicle with no trouble. I would recommend them.
I was hoping for a better experience than others but experienced the same. The day of my car reservation that was made a month in advance they had no cars available. They are incapable of honoring reservations.
The guy did not even show up until 8:05 to open even though they are open at 8. He then told us that even though we made reservations for a car, he didn't have anything and we had to leave with out a rental. Not happy at all.
WORST RENTAL PLACE EVER!!!!!!! We booked a reservation weeks in advance then got a call 30 minutes before pickup saying the car is on its way from another state! This is the worst place to go through! DON’T DO IT! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! Unless you want to be without a car then told you have to pay a $200 refund processing fee for not canceling 24 hours in advance!
Fred provided excellent customer service and was at the pickup location before I arrived.. 5 star service highly recommend
