Being in the hospitality business I truly value amazing customer service that is real - not fake! Well today at the Almo desk I received it, she was so friendly and professional! It was right before lunch and she got me right in my vehicle and off to lunch. There was also another gentleman working, I briefly spoke with him, but he as well made my day. Great job Alamo on selecting key team members!

The lady behind the counter was extremely pleasant and professional. Even though it was late in the day and there were a bunch of people. The car they gave us was clean and ran good. The best part was returning the vehicle. Just dropped the keys off and we headed to the airport. Couldn’t ask for a better experience for the pick up and drop off. We will DEFINITELY be renting from Alamo again!!

The gentleman that checked me in was pleasant and efficient. I was bummed they didn't have any hybrids, but that wasn't his fault. Side note, it would be GREAT to have that as an option when reserving a vehicle. Anyway, I was explicitly told there was to be no smoking in the car (works for me since I don't smoke), but the moment I opened the door to get in it was clear that other people did not listen. I'm a bit disappointed that Alamo would continue renting a vehicle that smelled so bad. I had an appointment to get to so I figured I would let someone know as I exited the facility. Unfortunately, no one was in the booth. I immediately sprayed my scented antibacterial spray in the vents (temporary fix to a longterm problem). The smell got worse on those hot summer days. Additionally, I prepaid for gas and the tank wasn't even up to the full mark. I planned to share all of this upon my return, but stood at the desk for quite some time and no one was there (this was shortly after 8a).nnDefinitely not my best rental car experience.
