Enterprise Rent-A-Car

As always Enterprise delivers again. I have never had a bad experience with any of the Enterprise offices. They are always upbeat and courteous. I receive the best vehicles. Always clean and full of gas. I will never rent from any other car rental agencies. ENTERPRISE tops them down. HANDS DOWN

Picked-up full size pick-up from the Gerald R. Ford Airport in Grand Rapids, Michigan. After leaving noticed that the alignment was terrible and pulled towards the left. I fought with the wheel constantly to keep straight. Called to see about getting a different vehicle and was told to bring it back and they would be happy to get me in a different vehicle. I did not drive that day to feeling unsafe with the vehicle. I parked it in a carport and took back next day. One hour drive to return and get different vehicle. When I returned vehicle, I was told by CHRIS (claims he was assistant manager), that I put a dent in the bumper and I would have to pay for it. He accused me right off the bat for a dent in the bumper, which I did not cause. He stated that the bumper would need to be replaced. I filed a complaint with enterprise and was not charged, but to be accused of something was very insulting and an experience I did not appreciate. I examined the new vehicle they were putting me in and found several issues and had them come out so I could point them out, such as chipped paint and scuffs in the paint and scratches. I got four miles from the pick-up location and a message warning came on the dashboard that the oil was low. I contacted the rental location and informed them and was assured that the vehicle just had an oil change and was fine, that they just didn't rest the oil indicator. I rented this vehicle for a week and for the whole week I had that message popping up all the time. So to say did not feel the greatest driving this vehicle either. The vehicles are kept in an underground parking structure. Very dark and hard to see damages on vehicle. Carry a flashlight. Do everything you can from using this location. Many other car rental agencies in the same location. CHRIS was terrible and the vehicle problems made my whole rental experience with this company one I will never forget. They did not offer any type of discount or anything for the inconveniences I had to deal with and to be accused for causing damages to a vehicle I didn't do was a smack in the face and I never felt so insulted by anyone.

My company uses Enterprise religiously for work and I ended up getting a flat tire on my way to meet with patients in GR. One hour away from my initial pick up spot and Enterprise quoted me an hour -3 for pick up. It took them 2 hours for a tow truck I was beyond LIVID. When I arrived to the airport enterprise Trey and Chris took excellent care of me and made sure that I was happy and taken care of, there was also a young lady I do not remember her name. Their kindness and empathy went a long way that day especially since I was not in the best mood. I recommend this location HIGHLY!

I was greeted with a smile and how can I help you. The car that I got had a Maintenance light on when I started it up. When I went in to tell the agent, he assured me that it was because they probably forgot to reset the system after the oil change. He offered me a different car which was an upgrade and only had 985 miles on it! It was awesome and I sincerely appreciated it very much!!

I rented a Chevy Suburban for Thanksgiving like I have for the last three years. The first one I was presented with was pretty dirty on the inside. Trash under the rear seats and a stain in the middle row. I went back to the counter and asked about the cleaning policy and they apologized and got me a brand new 2021 Suburban. On my initial inspection it all looked good that was until I brought it home and found a mask, Pringles lid, 50 cents and candy wrappers in the rear seats. I was done complaining so I cleaned it myself. I still like Enterprise as a company and will continue to use them as my go car rental.
