Would give it 0 stars if I could this place is just awful. We prepaid on there website for our rental and they had no information on them not taking debt cards in person. When we got there charged us an extra 250 dollars on the spot after paying 177 with the prepaid. Then we tried to give them the same card to get the car and they would not take it and said there was nothing they could do.
Returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas, yet I was charged for 4 gallons?? Not sure how this works.nn2 weeks ago I picked up the car early and was charged an extra day.nnHertz is clearly trying to find a way to recover from Chapter 11 filing
DONT EVER RENR FROM THIS PLACE.. THEYVRENTED ME A CAR THAT SMELLED LIKE WEED WAS SMOKED INSIDE OF IT.. THEN CHARGED ME 500 ON MY CC WHEN I RETURNED HOME. I DONT SMOKE CIGARETTES AND I DONT SMOKE WEED ESPECIALLY SINCE IM A CDL DRIVER CLASS HOLDER. B JUSTVA BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS!!!
Pickup and return to Hertz was professional and terrific to work with at the airport in Grand Rapids Michigan. Vehicle was clean and a pleasure to drive for the two weeks if use. Definnitely will use again when in town. Thank you Hertz.
Arrived at 1240 for a 12 pm reservation for a Toyota Camry. Leaving plenty of time for a car to be ready. No car ready and told to have a seat. Of course I have a $300 Jeep rental that I’m late for now. Thanks hertz.
