If you smoke anything, this is the place for you! Attempted to rent from this location through Costco travel & two vehicles smelled strongly of weed and the other two we were offered smelled like cigarettes. None of the staff were dressed in any professional manner and the manager on duty didn’t wear a mask throughout the day that we dealt with the issues. While this manager couldn’t “smell the smoke”, this was likely because he himself and other staff could be visibly seen by customers smoking in the parking lot before moving cars around. Will only rent through the airport from now on. They fixed our issues immediately and upgraded us for the 4+hour running around inconvenience of trying to deal with this.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!! Worst place to rent a car from. If they don’t trick you out of your money one way they’ll find another. Lady at the front desk swore to me there wasn’t a fee for being under 25 and the day I returned it my card was charged $243 without my approval. Prior to this I have a family member who took well care of the rental but still lost deposit due to “outside damage”. Rent from anywhere besides avis or budget you’ll regret it in the long run. Might not steal your money the first time but best believe there will be a time they do. DO NOT RENT WITH AVIS/BUDGET.

The front counter dude was super chill and upgraded us since there was no small cars left. All in all a way better experience than the other lady who wrote a review!

Got a car with a defective door and had to run All over the state of Michigan to figure out how to exchange my defective car AFTER dealing with customer service for 4 LONG HOURS! Being passed back and forth between Avis and Roadside Assistance...NOT how we wanted to start out our vaca ☹nThen they exchanged my gas fueled vehicle for a crazy electric liberalmobob...nSo check out your vehicle by driving around the block or two before taking off on your adventure.n4 star because everything else was ok.
