I recently rented with Enterprise and this was not the same experience I’ve had in the past. I was disappointed to say the least. I booked my appointment at 1pm. Got a call around noon to say they won’t have my car until 5 pm. My plans were to leave for my trip earlier but I had to change them obviously.nThey called me around 3pm to say they had a vehicle ready for me now. I went there and the car was pretty dirty. I asked why and they said it was because their wash had low water pressure. They comped me $10 so I could get a wash elsewhere but they’re literally next to a different car wash company and I feel they should’ve washed it before I got there. The gas tank was also not full but as the employee was describing all the add on choices I had, he told me I could pay an extra $10 to be able to bring the car back on empty if desired and they’d fill it for me at

Very very good people very understanding and they go the extra mile to meet your needs as a customer. I am very satisfied that my husband and I decided to use Enterprise when we rented our rental car for our trip. Thanks Enterprise for assisting in making our trip possible!

We had a very poor experience. We had a car reserved and quoted, went to go pick it up and there was damage to the car so then they offer us a car of lesser value. Which we would have been okay taking the car we had reserved all it had was a small crack in the bumper, but they would not let us take it in that condition. Along with that no where on there site, or any of there pages does it say anything about the security deposit; I feel like that should be a disclaimer. After running around for an hour, from bank to bank, we go back to pick up the other car that they offered. The card denies, and we cant try again for another 24hrs unless we try a different card. They do not make it easy to rent a car, but the service team was nice.

I had an excellent experience renting a car at Enterprise on 28th St. I cannot express how polite and courteous both Collin and Justin were. Justin went out of his way to make sure I had a safe and comfortable ride back home after I dropped off my rental. I wouldn’t hesitate using them again, and recommending them to others.
