Let me start off by saying ALL AROUND 5 STAR LOCATION!nI would especially like to give a recognition to the gentleman who made this car rental transaction so smooth. Upon arriving to the yellow brick road on portage road location I was instantly greeted with a wave and a polite yet warming hello! it made me feel very welcoming since I had a horrible experience with the Enterprise rent-a-car on Stadium Drive in Kalamazoo, MI hours before. This location made me feel very welcomed... The gentleman who was on shift at about 5:00PM was such a great customer service rep. I also would love to give a recognition to Mohammad. He is who made the phone reservation with me and confirmed my reservation and as well made it very clear on what I would need to bring upon arrival (debit card/ major cc) and was just all around friendly and helpful... not to mention the building inside and out was CLEAN!!!! Nice, clean car! and affordable prices.nnEnterprise Rent-A-Car you have a returning customer because of your two sale reps that were on shift at 5'PM on 11/23/2020!nnThank you!

My latest experience with Enterprise was top-notch, just like all the previous ones. The reps at this location are friendly, professional, and quick. I don't rent often, but I always turn to Enterprise when I need a rental.

I always come to this enterprise location when I need a rental. I've had a few issues in the past but overall a great experience! This time Victor helped me and he was very polite and professional. Definitely will be back!

Victor and Muhammad are in a class that very few have experienced and if yiu are reading this ; please go and witness for yourself their nature of excellence and humility ..I think that someone needs to secretly film them in action so that those that don't understand what true customer service is , will learn to follow these two gentlemen as role models.. I rented from Enterprise ,for two days and on the third day reconsidered to rent again .. I got there late to re rent and found out that there was a discrepancy with one of my card.. To make a long story short , Muhammed took me to the ATM which was miles away so I could make the necessary adjustments, And Victor stayed late despite working long hour and making sure that I the customer was satisfied .. WHO Does that?? THAT IS SO AWESOME ... I think both you guess are above your pay grade and zip pray that the company rewards appreciate you and rewards you handsomely; you two deserve it ..Your customer relations skills and all around attitude is priceless ..
