The first car that was offered to me had a very smoky smelling interior. I requested another vehicle. You upgraded me to one of the two available vehicles. This car had also been smoked in but did not smell as bad. You resolved a bad situation and my wife and I enjoyed the car and our mini-vacation.
I was able to get in and out quickly. The customer service was great. The person that waited on me was kind and understanding and he was able to get me in my rental in less than five mins. Joe was awesome.
