I booked a reservation and showed up to pick up my vehicle only to find out that they didn't have any. I got a ride thirty miles for nothing. I dealt with four different enterprise locations and had to book with Budget. Are you kidding me???

I arrived Kalamazoo for an interview only to have my reservation cancelled because the staff at the airport said enterprise did not accept debit cards. This resulted in me almost being late to my interview. My husband went online and discovered that enterprise did indeed accept debit cards. Despite telling the staff this they tried to cancel again in until my husband showed them the enterprise policy regarding debit cards and rentals from airports. Extremely unpleasant staff. Ruined the trip

The staff at the Kalamazoo International Airport were helpful throughout my rental. However, the first car I rented strongly reeked of smoke even though there were no smoking stickers across the dashboard. I was in a hurry to get to a meeting so I did not have time to return the car immediately. When I did return, I was able to exchange the car for a bigger car at no additional charge. Again, this car had a very faint smell of cigarette smoke. Why doesn't Enterprise manage the cleaning of their fleet better?

Needed to rent a car to drive back from Michigan to New York. Reservation through Enterprise app, was so easy. They upgraded me to the next size without me asking. The pickup process at Kalamazoo airport was so simple, after showing license and CC, I was asked to wait till they cleaned car. 5 minutes later the rep walked over to me, handed me the keys and that was it. Car was a 2020 Altima with only 3600 miles. Clean reliable and fuel efficient. When I dropped the car in NY, the same simple process. Handed over the keys and the receipt was sent to the app.nOverall a simple, streamlined process. Thank you Enterprise for doing it right!!
