The customer representatives were extremely rude when I picked up the car. I had to wait a half hour after my pickup time because they had not cleaned the vehicle yet. The vehicle smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. The air conditioner did not work and we traveled in 80 degree weather. We were not able to exchange the vehicle because none of your phone representatives were able to help and none of the other service centers had a car that was comparable to the one we rented. I will never use your company again and I will tell everyone I know what a terrible company this is.
Everything went perfectly. Great value. Always consider Avis/Budget when looking to rent a vehicle. Easy in and out at the Kalamazoo Airport.

I got a reservation on Priceline for a car from the Kalamazoo airport. When I came to luck up the car, it reeked of weed. Reeled. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and I didn't want to walk all the way back to the counter. So, I rolled the windows down and figured out would air out. A week later, it still reeked of weed. My wife was freaking out about it all week on vacation. Anyways, if customers are going to be stinking up your cars, they need to be fined AND it needs to be enforced. Thanks for listening.
