Katrina is without equivocation the very best General Manager and overall team leader I’ve ever witnessed. She personally helped me navigate a very complex rental arrangement between trips from Michigan and California. Tight time restrictions, one-way return fees, unexpected extensions, etc...and she made the process so easy and just fun to talk to. Can’t say enough. Genuinely a certified star ⭐ufe0f that should be rewarded by the company.
I was very pleased with the service that we received during the time of my car rental. There is only one thing I'd like to share with the Kalamazoo location, please make sure people don't smoke in your rentals as it's not healthy for other's that have to use them.
