In the past few months, I've rented cars from this office twice. The customer service has been amazing. Whenever I ask a question, the agents are accommodating and professional.nnOn one instant, I arrived before the office opened and the agent was kind enough to help me early, without me requesting. It made a big difference in my day and I was grateful for her generosity. She was very thorough in reviewing the details of the car, so that I was comfortable.nnThis morning I called with a question. Again, the agent did all she could to help me. Next month I'm returning to this office. My hope is that the service is even half as good as it's been to date.nnApart from the service, I've found the cars immaculate.

I'm so sick and tired of this place. This is now the second review I've written years apart and nothings changed. They never have a car that compares to mine. Not even close. You can never choose from what they do have because every time you ask, they tell you everything is taken already but the lot is full of cars that I would much rather drive. One time they told me they would call me when they got something better. I was stuck with what they gave me for a month until I had to give it back never holding up their end of the bargain. Another time they hit my insurance company for a scratch that I never put on the car that I also remember the car having and pointed out along with some others. They didn't take pictures because they told me those scratches were not considered to be bad enough to charge for. But when I went back, they charged me for them for sure because for one little scratch they practically painted the whole side. In addition to charging me for driving through tolls i never did. These tolls were in New York when i was in New Hampshire at the time and not even in their car! I had proof and it still took over a month to get my money back from that of a third party company because they were sick of me calling. And never, not once have they given me something like what I drive. Beyond fed up with this company.

The rep who was dealing with me and my wife was very professional and provided good customer service. Due to all this pandemic, the whole transaction took place outside and it was a hot day. That is my only gripe.
