Very good, over all!
Absolutely the most accommodating service and people. No one else would rent one way during COVID, and I even got offered a complimentary umbrella! The price was super affordable. Thank you.
I had to call because the car was making horrible noises. I brought the car back early because I did not trust it to be reliable. It clunker every time i hit the gas or slowed down. Then some fan or something was making a horrible noise. Then it started to make a horrible sound and any speed above 30 the steering wheel would shake. I used 1/4 tank of gas and they told me not to put gas in it to make up for my trouble.... Brought the car back A-day early because I didn't trust it to be reliable. I should have gotten a complete refund. The girl I talk to on the phone when I called about the problems and then when I dropped the car off was absolutely nasty and sarcastic. She should not be managing a desk for customer service.
My rental was a brand new vehicle. Check in and drop off were both super fast and easy. The gentleman working behind the counter was super nice, friendly and informative! Price was good and even got a discount when I booked online, so I can say even cheaper then competitors! Over all I would say I was pretty happy!
It was easy to set it up on line. Then when I got there the agent was nice..knew what she was doing ..a d i was on my wsy
