I was able to rent a car online for services out of Traverse City, MI airport, but I wasn't pleased that we couldn't get it at 10PM when our flight arrived. It was closed, and we had to return to the airport another day at 10 AM to get it. The car was nice & clean. However, no one was at the counter when we needed to return it during business hours. We had to drop the keys & go. I called back to attempt to get a receipt & was lost in the phone system. I eventually got thru to customer service 2 days later. Additionally, I needed to return a key phob that fell off the key ring. I tried to visit a local store to speak w a human face to face to get direction. They said I had to deal w that location & gave me no better means of communication. I have mailed the phob overnight & requested a signature upon receipt. I have left messages trying to confirm receipt. I've asked customer service to connect me w the location. I was told they would call me. Nothing. You may have a car, but don't expect good human contact. Very disappointing.

We were on vacation but this was an unplanned rental resulting from a mechanical problem with my vehicle. The clerk at the counter was really great to us considering no reservation. She was so pleasant and helped us find the car we wanted that also worked with our budget. She made it so easy we would definitely go back and use Enterprise again. Good people make all the difference!! I hope Enterprise will recognize and make efforts to retain people of this caliber.

Vehicles are never cleaned professionally,. The inside of the last two vehicle still have items left in them. On was a vaping device, out in the open. Nut and dried fruit in various compartments. The outside of the car where half washed. Wonder how they are cleaning in the time of COVID.

They do not accept debit cards it has to be a credit card!! That wouldn’t be bad except I couldn’t find anywhere on the website or confirmation e-mail including when I clicked on the airport location that says they don’t accept credit cards. I had to take an Uber there and back home obviously since I couldn’t rent the car I reserved. I can use my debit card at another location just 2 miles away from this location tomorrow, which doesn’t help because I planned to leave tomorrow morning around 3 or 4 am. Now I have to wait until 10am when they open and hope the other enterprise location accepts debit cards. So frustrating.nnEdit the next day. They fixed it lowered the price and comped some gas. I appreciate it so I changed to 4 stars because it was still a hassle.

Absolutely hands down the BEST enterprise branch I have EVER dealt with. They were very fast and made NOTHING difficult. I literally got the keys to my rental within 2 minutes of walking up to the counter and the drop off took a whole 30 seconds when I returned it. The Guy at the counter was a PERFECT representation of GREAT customer service. I wish all branches were as easy and accommodating.
