The rental vehicle was not cleaned. In this time of Covid19 this is unacceptable. There was garbage (old receipts) laying around in the vehicle and most importantly the inside of the windshield was filthy. We had to stop and buy some glass cleaner and paper towels to clean the window so I could see at night to safely drive. The car smelled like you guys tried to erase cigarette smoke or something with a strong obnoxious cleaner. My wife and I were not happy with the cars condition at all.
Rental process was easy and simple no issues.
I rent the car and the paperwork said full tank of gas when there was 1/4 full. The day I rented the car I was admitted into the hospital and ask if I bring the car back could I get a refund. I was told no you rented it for 7 days and that's what you are being charged for
Picking up and returning the rental car was very easy and hassle free. Staff was efficient and courteous.
