I cant say the agent in this location was the problem but the company its self is a train wreck. I will never do business with this company again.

This place capriciously chose to close early on Christmas Eve. There were people waiting to rent cars for holiday travels and my son was trying to return his car. In my son's case, this increased his bill by several hundred dollars. The fact that employees were still present but refused to serve people makes this even worse!

We had a flat and they refused to even call another location to help out. On top of that, they wanted to tow the car _all the way across the state_ (pretend that part is in italics), and leave us without a vehicle. They were much nicer in Detroit. Oh, and don't call their 800 number; unless you like being stuck in a loop trying to get a hold of someone.nnI'd leave a zero star rating if I could.

Worse location I’ve ever been to. Manager was very rude and lacked any customer service skills. Directed here to swap cars from airport location and was told I couldn’t because he didn’t have any cars in intermediate class and because I didn’t rent from him I couldn’t get next size up. I called customer service to complain and they asked him to give me next size up and they’d pay the difference. There were several cars on the lot and two ppl before me had come to get rentals. He then lied and said he had no cars on the lot to rent and he couldn’t help. Again lot full of cars and I know they weren’t sold out on this weekend . Guess me calling to complain rubbed him the wrong way. 800 customer service said they would be filing a formal complaint for him and this location because not only did he refuse service he also refused to answer the phone when they called as I sat there watching it ring. They had to speak to him over my speaker phone smh. His name was Ebin/Ian something to that affect. Go elsewhere if you can if not call 800 to complain when he gives you the poor service as mentioned on several of these reviews. He wouldn’t give me his manager info so hopefully they’ll see this review and/or the complaint filed from customer service.
