Super cautious attention.
This is a great rental agency. Very easy, accommodating, and friendly.
If I could rate a zero I would. My daughter paid $84 to rent a car for a couple of hours. When she returned to the airport and the flight was canceled the people at the airport said the rental car people knew and should not have let her return the car. They charged her an additional $150 for the same car on the same day. This feels like double billing and it should be illegal. I’m very sad that someone would take advantage of a person in need.
Very unfriendly, complicated and not trying to find a solution to offer a comprehensive service to their customers.nnMoreover, they have restrictions on car rentals which they don't mention on their website.nnWe booked a car online but ended up empty handed. Had to get a taxi to a neighbouring car rental in Thomaston, who gave us a surprisingly nice car without any problems.
