Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rental was needed while my car was being worked on. Car was dropped off at the repair shop and overall the transactions were convenient and smooth. Taking one star off because the car smelled like weed and they attempted to cover the smell up with a very cheap deodorizer. I actually had to take a few coworkers to lunch and was a little embarrassed about the smell.

We were treated so well at Enterprise in Brunswick, Maine. They were patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely rent from them again!

My ride from Fern's Body Shop was on time, and I had such an enjoyable conversation with Tom, the young man who drove, the we didn't want the ride to end! The car was very nice, clean, and comfortable

Experience was nice and quick. Very professional and efficient through these Covid times. I will be back again. Thank you guys so much.

I rented a car from them (set up by my insurance company). I left them a 100 dollar deposit. When my car was ready on a Tuesday, they did not refund my money. I called them on Friday because I did not get my refund back. They informed me that they are holding my deposit and, called my insurance because they said I dropped the car off on Wendsday. I proceeded to tell them they were wrong. They advised me that the body shop that worked on my car did not sign off on the repair order until Wendsday. I called the autobody shop and they said that was not true. In fact she clearly had proof I picked it up on Tuesday. She said that when the rental was dropped off that IT WAS Enterprise that PICKED IT UP THE NEXT DAY. When they were caught in there lie, they refunded my money. Enterprise is lazy, untruthful, and will try really hard not to give your refunds. They tried to charge me when it was them who DECIDED not to pick up the car until the next day then tried to charge me for it as well as keeping my deposit knowing that the car was ready for pick up on Tuesday. In response to the negative comments instead of a sorry or owning there negligence they say the same thing (Virginia Fields, we would like to look into this further.
