E2 Taxi

I love e2taxi. it is the cleanest and friendliest. They may not always show up right away, but the drivers are kind,presentable, and more then willing to make up for the wait. People have to realize It is a taxi service. They cant always be on point. when you lose they lose as well. Good luck E2taxi. Your awesome!!!!!

I've been using this service for over 2 years and have had a great experience. I got a regular driver (Aaron) that is always fast and courteous. Even though he only drives Thurs - Fri - Sat night now and dispatches during the week. I will still just shoot him a text on his off driving nights and he will get me in touch with another driver directly without having to call dispatch.

Hit or miss. I want to like them, they've done good by me several times and YES YES YES to hell with the local Yellow Cab, but they've also done poorly by me, and not always made up for it. One day they'll take exactly the amount of time they'd estimated and be awesome, another day I'd have a driver just never show up (though Dispatch usually were good about sending me another driver, and one time one of them came out themselves to apologize and get me to my destination).nnI don't know if things have evened out yet, now that I have a car it doesn't really come up.

I have used them 4 to 5 times to and from the airport at very early and late hours. They are always on time, always polite. I think they provide a great -- and for a private to airport -- not-too-expensive service

I had a very bad experience with E2 Taxi. I use a wheelchair and was excited to learn that E2 has wheelchair transport vehicles. I called the night before and reserved two rides, one to work and one returning home. The first ride was 30 minutes late. No one called to inform me that there would be a delay, and when I called the company, there was a long wait before I was able to speak to a dispatcher. I missed the first half of an important meeting. The return trip was worse. It seems the dispatcher didn't read the note that I was in a wheelchair and didn't reserve the right kind of vehicle. By the time a taxi came, it was 2 hours after the time I had reserved, during which time I had to wait outside in the cold and dark. Each time I phoned during that time I had to wait 10-15 minutes to speak to the dispatcher, and the dispatcher, when I reached her, was completely uncaring and didn't accept any responsibility for the delay. The driver who finally came to get me was fine (it wasn't her fault). The vehicle set-up was a little tight for my oversized wheelchair. I usually use BTAccess to get around town, and they are great, but you have to call and reserve the day before. I'd forgotten to do that on this occasion, so and thought I would give E2 Taxi a try. Never again, unless they get their act together better.
